<p class="MsoNormal">I was reviewing the L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY2-R3 traveler for approval and noticed that several procedures linked were in the word doc format. On further inspection, I also found they were in the wrong template, had bad IDs (or none whatsoever),
were in a subfolder of Traveler Included Files, and most importantly had not been approved. As a reminder, all Jefferson Lab procedures must follow the document management process. This includes being in the latest template and going through the approval process.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is for these reasons that I terminated the routing for L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY2-R3. The traveler approval process cannot proceed until the procedures are made ready for approval. I can route them at the same time as the traveler to speed things
up, but the traveler will not be put into pansophy until the procedures are approved and their links updated. For ease of review, I have included the links to the procedures below. You can also find them in the
