<p class="MsoNormal">This one is the “green” sheet used by Anne’s group and Roland in Tuning.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The sheet itself can be put under revision control and the printed copy marked as uncontrolled, however, the data is not being captured in a traveler.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Previously, the cycles between TUNE/CMM were captured in a traveler, but that information is no longer requested.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Instead the “green” sheet was created for passing a cavity between the 2 work centers.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Only 1 traveler is generated and only the final data is recorded.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:red">My question is</span>: Does the number of cycles that a cavity goes through between tuning and measurement/bending need to be captured. Will this give valuable information on the quality of the cavity and or the
vendor performance in creating the cavity?<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The green sheets are not kept, but thrown away and no record kept.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:red">YES</span></b>: If the number of cycles is important, then the traveler could be adjusted or the green sheet uploaded with the traveler.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:red">NO</span></b>: If the number of cycles is not important, then I will just put the green sheet under revisions control and proceed.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I am attaching a copy of the green sheet spreadsheet, an example picture, and my version of a revision controlled document.<o:p></o:p></p>
