        Request Notes: I have uploaded an updated C100R WCD Register (R3) to the C100R Ready for Approvals folder.  This register is in the new format based on the Register template and this format will be included in the Project Execution ISO process.  Please do not modify this revision of the C100R WCD Register without talking to me first.  
Please route this revision to all of the approvers as listed on the first tab (HEADER).  Once the register is fully approved, please replace the current WCD Register in the 06 folder with this new revision.  Please let me know if there are any questions / issues.  I am working on updating the Project Execution process documents to provide details for revising a project's WCD register. <BR/>
