<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks Ashley. Long story short people weren’t signing because they thought the emails were scams. I just sent out an email detailing the steps to check in the adobe app what has been sent to them. It’s basically the same thing as what
you sent, except with no pictures. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It also seems that people are confused by the sequential nature adobe esign has by default, as opposed to docushare sending approvals to everyone all at once. I might wind up changing that around. Do you know if you can change it to send
the document to everyone all at once by default? That way if we chose to change it, I don’t have to make sure it gets changed from sequential approvals with every single document.<o:p></o:p></p>
