<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Unfortunately, I do disagree. The initial version of the final disposition is a copy of the first disposition i.e. there is no additional information that needs to be kept as a historic record. The only aspect we could add to the first
disposition is the CTB decision date of 02-Feb-2022.<br>
My suggestion is that the final disposition should be changed to “<u>Use as is</u>” and a comment “<u>Accepted by CTB as marginal and to be used in string J31 on 02-Jul-2024</u>”.

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Closing the NCR with the initial version of the disposition was simply a mistake by the corresponding author. He’s the one to blame

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">Please let me know how you suggest to correct such mistakes in compliance with our ISO standards.<br>
Plus, we have the issue Ashley mentioned. My personal take is that we should be more open to keeping NCRs open as long as there is no final disposition, which, given the extent such projects, can take its time.</p>
