The EICRD-CHEM-BLACRM-DEGR-R1 and EICRD-PR-CHEM-BLA-USC documents have been out for approval for some time now. The last one left to approve is Joe Matalevich. He is ENG, and we would prefer to keep these document approvals within SRFOPS at this stage of the

 project. We would like to replace his name with John Buttles. With your permission, I will make that change to both documents and send the approvals out to him instead.</div>
