<font face="Calibri">Hi Megan,<br>
<br>
A specific PTW (e.g. <a href="https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__epas-2Drk95.prometheusgroup.app_Redirect.aspx-3Fitem-5Fnumber-3DJLab-2DPTW-2D2091&d=DwMFAw&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=HXSx-AF6JrbOPHtCDokxDA&m=YYHtRvogKVe3Otu94aWZ1sQBi22OLeW99dkvSkWuhxDVpoE9htptEAPSdvM9GYJ_&s=x7WMo5tEj-dqWDn71ETKxpGSsKkx86bFMgL0GUGuuYU&e=">JLAB-PTW-2091</a>)
can be linked. <br>
<br>
Michelle and I did some experiments. We found that if you are
already signed into ePas, the PTW link works seamlessly. However,
if you are not signed in, the link will first direct you to the
ePas sign-in page. After signing in, the PTW link will then work
as expected.<br>
<br>
The BLA traveler will have the above PTW link included. <br>
<br>
Best,<br>
Gary<br>

If an ePas can be linked, I would provide that link in the
references area and within the step it needs to be reviewed. </div>

If it can't be linked, I would include in the step instruction

We no longer use the traveler included files folder so
downloading it and uploading it there isn't an option. Though I
would also advise against that seeing as the ePas can be changed
and we don't want to have an expired or outdated document
attached.</div>

QMS Reason: Michelle is working on a new BLA inspection
traveler for LCLS-II HE. I'm helping to revise the magnetic
hygiene check step in it. This step needs to cite an on-issue
ePas PTW, i.e. JLAB-PTW-2091. What shall I do with the PTWin
the traveler? I used to upload OSP to the included files
folder then hyperlink to the OSP <br>

Have a great day. <br>
