We do have this guide on the pansophy homepage about
installing DocuShare Drive. The screen recording seem to be having trouble, but the steps should still be good. I'll warn you though that it's not supported by DocuShare anymore. Also it's limited by Windows Explorer limits, meaning you'll lose functionality
the deeper you go into folders because of the file path character limit. Moving or renaming documents at that stage will just have them revert to their previous state but with new modified dates. It's still useful, but there's several projects I can't use
it on anymore because of that. For those I revert to the browser.

I'll leave your service request open for now as you work through the install. Let me know when you have it installed and working, and I'll close it up.

I think so. I found a very old document authored by Bonnie Madre who retired years ago. In that document, she talks about the DocuShare Windows Client software.

Thanks,
I got your service request. When you ask for the DocuShare Windows client, do you mean DocuShare Drive? That's the one that lets you access DocuShare via windows explorer.
