I was wondering if you could help answer a question for me. I was reviewing the EIC197 PEP that Naeem put out and noticed that the section 15 shipping plan simply says N/A. That seemed odd so I wanted to confer with you and see if EIC197 needed shipping or

 not. Could you clarify? I've attached the PEP here for your convenience.</div>
