<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Our team met today on existing projects and how to best implement new systems. When discussing the EBW request system we believe it would be best to host a training for group leads and use case testers to
get feedback and determine a date the EBW request system will fully release in production.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We plan to show current functionality, demonstrate placing and viewing requests, and provide documentation for the current version.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">In previous correspondence it was stated this system would be used for work moving forward. We can transfer data into the system within the database. Is there any work that can be transferred into this system
