                                        <tr><td>Request Notes: </td><td>When filling in comments for AUPPS-NCR sequence 161, ran into pansophy errors multiple times.  Cause seemed to be the length of comment entries, however was inconsistent across fields (seemed somewhat like the limit is established for the number of characters/words across all comment boxes, not just one).  For example, I could put ~300 chars into the "REWORKCOMMENT1" box without error, but if I put more than ~100 in REWORKCOMMENT2 it would error. </td></tr>
