We received another error email today of someone using page 3 without there being a disposition on page 2. This person was filling out the verification steps after someone else did the rework steps. Just wanted to make everyone aware of the issue</div>

We have noticed that 2 people in the cavity group have been trying to fill out page 3 of the NCR before it has had an initial disposition. I have already spoken to Danny and he has already spoken to his team about proper NCR usage. I am sending this email to
close the communication loop and make sure the appropriate parties are informed!</div>
