Here's how the changes are made live. If we're going for minor revisions, we'll need two because of the two work centers. For each you'd advance the revision number, list it as minor, put a note about adding documents for that work center or something, then

 make sure the WCL approves the changes (preferably by email for the sake of records). We'd then make that version live, and rise and repeat for the other work center.</div>
