Since no designee was formally named and in order to prevent further delays in the document approval process waiting on their return while the employees are on leave and unable to access Docushare, a decision has been made to allow for a temporary delegation
of signature authority to the employee's supervisor. I have consulted with Human Resources, J-Docs, and the Admin Manual and found no formal procedure for this process.</div>
