SRF OPS QMS Processes call out the DCG Repo as the site for all drawings, SOWs, SPECs, and external documents/drawings. We no longer house "copies" of documents found in the DCG as this can lead to incorrect information and/or versions of documents being utilized

 in SRF Operations. As such, we now recommend links to DCG be utilize wherever possible. </div>

I would like to understand a little bit about the coding behind the DCG like: does it utilize DocuShare or another EDMS system? Does it use the file servers? Does it use a database to house documents?</div>
