I had a chance to put the procedure out for approvals. I noticed that all of the references are highlighted. I understand it for the procedure, as that is getting updated to the L2RB that just went out, but what about the other references? Are they in need
of update too?</div>

In addition, what is the "L2RB-ModeMixing procedure" I saw highlighted in the body? Is that another procedure that needs to be modified? I didn't notice it in the references section, and any referenced documents should be included in there.</div>
