One, you accidentally deleted the header and footer. The current template has a section header between the document approvals and the template approval area that removes the header and footer if it is deleted. We're working on a new version that will fix this,
but for now the only solution is to either click undo until you restore the section header, or you recreate the document via copy and paste. I'd recommend turning on show/hide paragraph markings (under paragraph in the microsoft word ribbon) to identify it
and prevent it in the future. I can help you with getting this remedied if you'd like.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
