- an updated version of the current state of the proposal is posted at <a

in the Prop-e+22JUN11/ directory.&nbsp; It incorporates some minor edits

that were discussed this morning and updated files for all the

subsections.&nbsp; In addition I have created a proposal "framework" file

that you can use to compile the individual sections as before.&nbsp; For

future updates and edits, please revise your section in the section

file STARTING WITH THE VERSION POSTED AS NOTED ABOVE, rather than the

master file, and email it to me directly (along with any comments about

other parts of the proposal).&nbsp; Please remember that the first deadline

we agreed to was Thursday noon for a version to be released by Friday

AM for weekend reading, and Sunday at 8 AM Eastern time for a

(hopefully close to final) version to be released Monday morning<br>
