<li>Page 7 2nd paragraph, last line: put ELIC first in the list
since it is NP related: "such as ELIC and Super-B, and for condensed
matter physics.</li>
<li>Page 21, table 2: remove the lines that are in Table 1: lines 1
through 11. Change the caption to read: Beam and machine parameters at
the positron production target (T_1).</li>

I'll read again, but that is what popped out the first time through.
Do we need a summary? As it stands right now it ends with the run
plan/beam time request. I did not read the appendices.<br>
