Just in case you missed it, the executive summary of our proposal to
PAC38 is now available in the committee's final report (link below).<br>
<br>
Also, I have to apologize for late notice to miss today's PEPPo
meeting: I am meeting w/ engineering staff to determine if it is
possible to use our existing vacuum windows, if so then this means we
do not need to change them over the holiday shutdown.<br>
<br>
Beginning next year we should evaluate our meeting format so that it's
most effective, e.g., foremost choosing a time suitable for everyone,
defining an agenda w/ presentations a week in advance, distributing
materials for discussion ahead of time, etc - making sure we use our
own time wisely. Nonetheless, thanks for the patience and flexibility
everyone has evidenced this year!!!<br>
