Thanks for all the hard work preparing our commissioning plan - well
worth the effort! Based upon input received through 5pm EST I have
attached version 12. Eric and I will take final edits through midnight
tonight. On that front, there are only a small handful of final points
which need attention in the attached document. They are <font
color="#ff0000">shown in red </font>and are found in the following
areas:<br>

Section 6 - Annihilation Detector...<br>
Section 7 - Fiber Array Detector...<br>
Section 8 - Compton Polarimeter...<br>
