I should have perhaps been more specific in the original e-mail. In
addition to your availability from <b>May 1 through July 1</b>,
please indicate how much of that time you can <b>remain at JLAB</b>.<br>

Example: Person says they're * available * the entire period, but
only has resources or schedule flexibility to remain a total of 2
weeks.<br>
