Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

The home stretch...remember to hydrate!

Our final readiness review is April 20th. This review will include a
status update on our 7 subsystems (vacuum, magnets, annihilation, fiber
array, compton, hardware, online analysis) and address the 9 issues
raised by the initial readiness review (see punchlist ATLIS #12134).
Eric and I will make the presentation, you should of course attend if
possible.

The outcome of this review and the sign-off by the laboratory is a
requirement to perform the experiment.

You have two deadlines.

#1. Wed April 11th - Documentation and procedures are required.
At the Shift Takers wiki link you should upload documentation (source
& printable PDF) and then at the "How To" link you should deposit
succinct instructions to accomplish various tasks. It is important the
outline/skeleton of documentation and procedures exists, even if the
actual material (or updated versions) arrive later. It is fairly
obvious where you "own" some piece of the experiment that you are
responsible to contribute information. I suggest adding dates and
versions to your documents. The wiki link:
#2. Mon April 16th - Updates one at most two slides describing
status of your system should be e-mailed to Eric and myself to help
collect a coherent picture of the experiment readiness. Implicit in
this list is documentation and "how-to". List tasks you seem
accomplishing before and/or w/ beam by 4/18 and tasks that you would
schedule during the beam off week of 4/18-4/24 in advance of the
experiment.

I've put a list below w/ your initials; augment what I've missed:
