Dear PEPPo Collaborator,<br>

In 3 weeks we vent PEPPo for upgrades. In 4 weeks the experiment clock
starts ticking down.<br>
<br>
This Monday 4/30 we'll meet in CC F228 from 9-11am, to
update/prioritize the known punch list, and discuss our physics run
plan. <u>If you are responsible for something that isn't 100% ready
then attend the meeting and/or forward what remains, your plan and
priority</u>. This includes checkout or commissioning tests to address
in last 3 weeks of beam studies or during the run.<br>

Contribute your info to the wiki in advance, where I've put the
pre-Readiness Review outline and post the call in number in advance:<br>
