Daily RC Report 5/24:
Source calibration of the Compton and Annihilation detectors proceeded
successfully yesterday. This morning the final 2B alignment of PEPPo
beam line was completed. The preliminary report is that all elements
are in very good alignment, generally meaning better than ~0.1mm in X,
Y. We'll get a preliminary survey transmittal ASAP and final
thereafter; if certain values are needed immediately please let me
know. Gross design values can be taken from drawings on wiki and
as-founds w/ handy tape measure in the interim. This afternoon
annihilation detector checkout continued and majority of beam line lead
shielding (1/8" sheet and lead shot) have been placed. As of now
Operations the INJ/NL are in beam permit and injector elements needed
for PEPPo are being turned on. We'll collect a punchlist of repair
items which will likely be addressed following the Friday 8am meeting.
Beyond repairs please bring to my attention any tasks in tunnel, ISB,
DAQ not captured below.

Noteworthy items:
1. We're at the precipice of the PEPPo experiment - good luck to
everyone!
2. Before Friday 7am move shielding/materials you want access to
upstream of injector gate, for quicker access.
3. Daily RC meeting is 3:30pm in MCC control room. If you have
something to show tomorrow post it here:
