<div dir="ltr">Yes, it'll be great to discuss the preparations and plans for the HyCal test in this week's meeting and probably schedule a dedicated meeting later.<div>With Jingyi's help, we can set up a cosmic test with HyCal later this Summer/Autumn and then take the cosmic data for a few months.</div><div>We'll know the current status of HyCal (which modules need to be fixed) and test the new DAQ system with flash ADCs. I am not going to do anything with the calorimeter. I just started looking for a place where we could work on it. At the location where it is sitting now, we cannot do any work on it</div>

As you know, Hycal is not a standard colorimeter, it is designed and build<br>
up by several visiting groups under my direct supervision. So, it is a<br>
user colorimeter belonging to University.<br>
As I stated several times in our recent meetings, I am planning to visit<br>
JLab to discuss the HyCal work and other PRad related other experimental<br>
issues with Patrick.<br>

So, before my meeting with Patrick PLEASE DO NOT move or open the HyCal<br>
colorimeter.<br>
