[Pionct_hallc] regular pionCT meeting time

Dear all,

So, it seems the formal schedule is updated, and pionCT will run as the last of the 3 experiments now. Our tentative dates are 4/7-5/15 of 2025. I think we can hold off setting a formal meeting time until January if that works for everyone.

It’s time for us to begin formal run preparations for the pionCT experiment, currently schedule for late next fall (2024).

For now we may begin with every 2 weeks regularly. We can plan to start next week.
