     Please find attached the 1st Circular announcing the the 15th 
Workshop on Polarized Sources, Targets, and Polarimeters (PSTP2013) to 
be held at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA 
from September 9th -14th, 2013.
  Details on attending the Workshop are given in the attached Circular 
and at the Workshop Website, http://faculty.virginia.edu/PSTP2013/. A 
poster for the Workshop can be downloaded from this site.
