[Poltarg12] new mailing list

Hello everyone, 

I set up new mailing list and subscribed everyone who was listed on the distribution list of Sebastian's last message. 
Some of you may receive this twice because there were two addresses for a single person. You may choose to unsubscribe one of them. Keep in mind that by default the mailing list accepts post from subscribers only. 
Forward this mailing list address to anyone who is interested but not on the list yet.
