[Poltarg12] no polarized target meeting today

I forgot to announce this yesterday, but there won't be a polarized 
target meeting today.

Here's a brief update:

James Brock has the cryostat on the electronics cart, and it is being 
reassembled for the next cool-down. The pumps have been moved into 
place, and will be connected to the 'fridge in the next few days.

James Maxwell is assembling the newest version of the NMR system and is 
debugging his new Python-based software.

We're a couple of weeks behind schedule, which places the cool-down in 
December.  We're trying our best to keep it from sliding further.

If you have specific questions, let me know and I'll answer them.
