[PRad] EASIROC read-out board

Dear all,

I am sharing the EASIROC read-out board for the SiPM readout. There are 
many Japanese words in there but unfortunately, this is the only 
document related to the work performed in KEK.

The development of the module is done as a domestic project in Japan,
So there are not much information available in English.
