[PRad] Simulation for the ambiguous events

Dear All,

Attached please find a preliminary result of the simulation for the
scintillator fiber tracker (SFT).

Under the high rates due to vacuum box window, there may be multiple events
within one time window. We may not discriminate these events on the SFT
because its signal is not sensitive to the energy.

The simulation is not completely finished yet, here is just some
preliminary results with several assumptions to simplify the case.
