[PRad] Ashot, [Fwd: PRad ERR: Final Report]

  Dear PRad collaborators,

 We just received the final ERR report from Patrizia.
 Please go through all Recommendation items, we will need to start
 discussions on this part and come up with our answers.
 I noticed one positive change in the Recommendation item regarding to
 DAQ readiness: they gave us by the end of January (was announced mid
 of January). That is very good. Our DAQ group already working actively
 with the JLab's DAQ group and there are good developments on this way.
