[PRad] meeting time

Dear All,
There are two things here: firs, Haiyan's participations is necessary for
these meetings and
that practically leaves the morning 8 to 10 hours only; second, for the
university people
usually Fridays and Mondays are the research time (that was with our, at
least).
So, I would suggest to extend this process before we start the teaching
in the beginning of
January to check not only the teaching schedule but, the committees and
more.
Another words let's still have the first meeting in January on Friday at
9 and then decide.
