[PRad] prad readiness review and the schedule

  Dear PRad Collaborators,

 For some reasons my email, sent before, did not go through.

 I wanted to congratulate to all of us for an excellent work in
 preparing the Readiness Review and successfully passing it with
 several good and realistic recommendations. They are posted at:

 Our current task is to go through them item-by-item and try to address
 to all of them for the better experiment.

 The next important thing is that the new accelerator schedule, released
 on Friday, has a full running schedule planned for the PRad.
 CONGRATULATIONS to all of us again!
 There is not much time left before the run, therefore, we have to start
 the experiment preparations on a day-by-day bases and make sure that
 we will be ready by May 1.
