[PRad] PRad run and shifts scheduling

Dear PRad Collaborator,

Now that we are on the schedule to run the PRad experiment during 
May 13 - June 21, we need to start the process of shifts scheduling.
Institutional representatives, if you could send me ASAP the names 
and e-mail addresses of the members from your institution who will 
be available to takes shifts, that would be greatly appreciated.
