[PRad] installation schedule on the wiki

I posted working version of the installation schedule. It is subject to change depending on sharing resource with 12 GeV,

Installation of GEM is planned on Thursday April 28. We can work over weekend if needed. Monday May 2nd we will survey GEM on HyCal.
