[PRad] PRad shifts sign up

Dear PRad Collaborator,

Our PRad experiment is right around the corner, May 13 - June 21!
Thanks to everybody who have already signed up for shifts during 
the run.  As of today, we have 75% of the total number of shifts 
covered, we will need to fill the rest.  Please, if you have not 
signed up for shifts yet, it will be great if you can do so at 
your earliest convenience.

We are all looking forward to a successful PRad experiment!
