[PRad] efficiency and checklist

Dear colleagues,

This analysis is closely related to the one done in primex by Victor Tarasov: https://www.jlab.org/primex/primex_notes/trig_eff.pdf; with some changes in the cuts since the beam and detector conditions were different.
