Subject: [Hallb] hall lockup tomorrow

Hello All,

Hall-B will lockup tomorrow, Wednesday Feb 3rd, at 4pm and be swept 
to enter controlled access for overnight checkout by accelerator of
some beamline components.  Will be back to restricted by 6:30
Thursday morning.

Hall-B will NOT lockup today/tonight, but remain in restricted access
until Wednesday at 4 pm.
