[PRad] [Revised Logentry] HyCal Status after recovery from power outage

We observed two problematic modules after power outage,
W628 and G775.
But the module W732 that was thought dead recovered.
I doubt we had some loose connection on top of HyCal, since we put the curtain on top of it recently.
We'd better to check the connections on top of HyCal.
