[PRad] Today's run meeting at 4:30 p.m.

   In today's meeting we will need to discuss the following
 items and issues for the experiment:

 1) the HyCal calibration status (Maxime, Ilya);
 2) HyCal radiation damage (Chao, Weizhi, Ashot) and suggestions to
    fix it;
 3) GEM data status (Kondo, ...)
 4) general data quality and plan for next few days
