[PRad] [Revised Logentry] run 1139 to 1141 , junk run, CODA crashed can not recover

I set secondary ET in 'PRAD' the same as in 'prad'.
Zero suppression helps to reduce data rate, but it
produces extra load on cpu. If we still recording
original data AND suppressed data, it will be better
to turn suppression off. It may help only if original
data recording is prescaled.

I think we don't need tage right now, 
We will use "PRAD" configure for production runs, I am not sure what's the meaning of " to be same as in 'prad'". I think Chao would know better.
