[PRad] work disk for PRad

Please delete all prad related data files under /home/clasrun/* on clon machines. It is close to being full. If we fill it up completely DAQ will not work.
Keep there only DAQ and on-line related software. All off-line data processing should be done on the farm. 
clons are only for DAQ and on-line monitoring. You can store data on on /work/hallb/prad and /volatile/hallb/prad on CUE machines.
