[PRad] Today's run meeting at 4:30 p.m.

Dear All,
We will have the usual PRad run meeting at 4:30 PM today in room 200 of the
counting house.

 We will discuss the following items and issues for the experiment:
(as appropriate please bring a few slides to show)

1) HyCal calibration status (Maxime, Ilya);
2) Results from GEM data analysis (Xinzhan)
3) Gain monitoring and stability, correlating Hycal and GEM events  (Weizhi)
4) Plans for the next shifts
