 We will have our daily meeting at 4:30 pm in counting house room 200C.
 The preliminary agenda:
 1) HyCal calibration (Maxime, Ilya)
 2) HyCal trigger efficiency studies (Maxime)
 3) GEM data analysis: (a) fixing coordinate axis; (b) matching
    with HyCal (Xinzhan)
 4) Gain monitoring and stability Correlation  (Weizhi)
 5) Data storing for the weekend run (Chao)
 6) weekend run
