[PRad] Presentation for User Group Meeting on Tuesday

 Hi Chao,

 Very good slides, few comments only:

 1) on page #17 bottom part: from the very beginning we agreed that this
experiment should be listed as the NSF supported experiment when we asked
for the ~$0.5M NSF MRI award. This has to be emphasized appropriately by
putting it in first place and separated.
For sure we got other supports for the experiment but, it should not
change our initial agreement. The NSF is there and will possibly look at
our slides.

2) a minor think: since you are giving a talk on behalf of the
  Collaboration, there is no need
