[PRad] Energy reduction test tomorrow

There will be Energy reduction test tomorrow at 1:45-3:15pm. We need to turn off all PRad electronics by 1:30 pm except temperature monitoring computer. We should maintain nitrogen flow to HyCal box until it warms up to room temperature.
