[PRad] abstract for DNP meeting

Hi Maxime,

The text itself looks fine, but I would rearrange the order as follows.

1. Your second paragraph ("The latest...") goes first. It is the motivation.
2. Then I would put the first statement from your first paragraph ("The PRad experiment...")
3. After that goes your third paragraph ("Before measuring...")
4. The last statement from your first paragraph ("We will present...") concludes the abstract.

You also need to add your affiliation and acknowledge NSF grants at the end.
