[PRad] about the PRad schedule

Hi Ashot

Yes, I agree with Kondo; I also think that the important thing is that modules are installed in the frame, cabled up and hooked up to DAQ etc. in the EEL building before that, this way there will be no last minute surprises (like critical modification needed to frame, missing components etc) during installation.

Best

Nilanga

Hi Ashot,

- I see no problem with installing and cabling two chambers in a 10 days as long as we have the logistic support from Hall B in term the actual installation and we don't loose days waiting for a forklift job or something similar

- Same as for testing, if we define ahead of time what and how to test the chambers and we have the interested people (including me) fully available for this period, then no problem also as far as I am concerned

Best

Kondo

Subject: [PRad] about the PRad schedule

A few minutes ago Rolf discussed the possible installation plan with
Volker and me.
Here are few things and one important question:
 1) Rolf wants to keep the test run on April 8-10 fixed for us, for now.
 2) HPS will get the weekend of March 21
 3) Rolf and Volker are asking us if we can agree to give the March 28
weekend to HPS
     also.

If we agree with the March 28 to give to HPS then we will have only 10
days before
the April 8-10 beam test run.

Question to Kondo: can we install, cable and test GEMs during these 10 days?

 Thanks,
 Ashot
